**HOUSE RULES**
No smoking - if evidence of smoking is found, you will be liable for $1,000 in damages for cleaning and ventilating.
No renters under the age of 25.
Occupancy is limited to 6 people.
Only 2 dogs allowed. MUST pick up pet waste and dispose In the dumpster outside.
Two parking passes are provided - please return to the unit before departure. A $250 replacement fee per pass will be incurred if lost.
Exterior cameras may be In use.
All garbage must be bagged and disposed of in the dumpster at the complex entrance.
Please start the dishwasher before you leave.
Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
Place used towels in the bath tub.
Make sure all windows and doors are locked.
