With four bedrooms and space to easily accommodate up to 10 guests, this home offers a comfortable setting for family vacations, group getaways, and memorable weekends with friends.

When walking up to the property you will be immediately greeted with a stunning view! Enter the home into an open and roomy kitchen and living room space, including the perfect sitting area for reading and overlooking the lake. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for your group including a crockpot, carafe coffee pot, blender, and toaster. The living room is equipped with a comfy sectional sofa and a large TV, perfect for movie watching. The master bedroom is located just off the living room and features a king bed, a stunning lake view, and a master bathroom with a spacious shower. The second bedroom is complete with two queen beds and a private full bath. You will find a pack and play for the small ones located in the closet. There are two additional guest bedrooms, a queen bed in each, with a shared full bath in between.

When you step outside onto the large porch, you are met with comfortable outdoor seating and beautiful views of Lake Martin and a green egg charcoal grill. Off of the porch is a large backyard perfect for afternoon family games and a walkway leading to the boat dock that includes a couple of Adirondack chairs for soaking up the sun. This waterfront home features a dock with a covered boat slip, making it a great option for guests planning to bring their boat and enjoy time on Lake Martin. Kowaliga boat ramp is just a short ride away, which makes launching your boat quick and convenient.

You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.
