PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Lake Martin Vibe Realty is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

**HOUSE RULES**
No renters under the age of 25.
No smoking. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be fined $1,000.
Pick up after pets and dispose of all waste in trash cans.
Quiet time is 10PM to 8AM, please be respectful of the neighbors.
Place all kayaks, paddles and canoes back where you found them.
Clean the grill after each use.
Exterior cameras may be in use.
Bag and dispose of all trash in receptacles at the end of the driveway.
