If you are looking for an affordable vacation destination for a fun-filled weekend or need space for extra guests, then this is the place for you! 19th Hole on Lake Martin has 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, an open floor plan, and a screened-in back porch. Perfect for those summer evenings after a day on the lake or in the pool! This condo is located in the Golf Colony complex which has its own private pool and hot tub.

19th Hole sleeps 8, and is equipped with high-speed internet, cable TV, and a drip coffee pot. As for sleeping arrangements, 19th Hole has one bedroom with 2 queen beds and a tub/shower combo, a guest room with two queen beds, and a guest bath with a tub/shower combo.

The Golf Colony complex is in the Still Waters gated community which boasts several amenities such as a golf course, Lake Martin access at Harbor Point Marina (less than .5 miles away), a second pool, tennis courts, playgrounds, and more.

Please note, this condo is NOT waterfront.

This condo is also available for long-term rentals.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
This is a no-smoking property
No pets allowed
The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.
Boat trailers are not allowed to be parked on the premises.
** Must wear pool bands while visiting the pool area.  There are 8 orange bands next to the info binder.  Each band lost will result in a $20 cost to the renter and deducted from the damage deposit.

    Just what we needed for a football weekend. Lamps and televisions could use an upgrade. I think there is a bad HDMI connection on livingroom TV.
