Looking for a family fun getaway? Come and enjoy all the wonderful features that Clo Cottage has to offer! This 4br/2.5ba home has been recently updated and has lots of space! The home is on a gently slopped lot with good water! Located off Paces Point Rd in Dadeville, just north of all the hot spots on Lake Martin and just across the waterway from the infamous Peanut Point. Do not miss out on the opportunity to rent this beautiful Lake Home.

The Clo Cottage is a 3-story home that will easily sleep 12. The entry level provides guests with a living room, half bath, dining area kitchen, and two covered decks. Grab yourself a cup of coffee from the drip coffee pot and head to the screened in back porch to enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Martin. You'll also find an additional screened area with a picnic table for extra dining space and access to the open side overlooking the water. The master is also located on the entry level with a King bed and a large walk-in shower. When you go downstairs on the terrace level, you will find a small den, 3 twin beds, 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and a full bathroom. The terrace level opens up to a covered patio that houses a gas grill and a small sun area just off to the side. From there, you have a short and easy walk to the pier.

The upper level of the home is perfect for teenagers who just want some peace and quiet. It has 3 twin beds that are perfect for day napping!

If you are looking for more sleeping or two homes close together, this home is located just .8 miles from our Eagle's Nest rental.

    Plenty of room for our (12) group. Enjoyed spending the mornings on one of the many porches. Location of the house on the lake is great.
